Suvas, an MBA in Finance, is a young, dynamic and energetic leader with an undying passion for finding new ideas that not only drive great numbers but also solve consumer issues, disrupt large markets or create new ones and add value to society.
He has dedicated his life to complete his father, Late Shree Hiten Barot’s vision for the Infocity Project. In his role as a Director of Leasing business, he is responsible for creating, developing and maintaining relationships with existing and prospective clients. His intriguing experience of years and interest to study new businesses lead him to this business of deploying capital to achieve an optimal surplus. He has been doing it for 15 years now. He is open and flexible, never minds to ‘walk that extra mile’ to discover ‘out of the box’ solutions for emerging problems in the business space and world economy.

Mrs. Anju Chauhan Barot
Financial Acumen of women in India is well-known across the globe and all for the right reasons. Born and brought up in Dehradun, she has a vision as mighty as the Himalayas. She has been cross-checking the viabilities of ideas for 15 years now. A staunch believer in equality she started her career with designing. Little did she know back then, that her creativity, passion for innovative ideas and a modern mindset will take her here. She strongly believes that “ A Big Business Is Just A Big Idea. Rest everything sooner or later follows.” Anju has great empathy for budding entrepreneurs on one side of the mind and has great maths on her another.

What’s in the name?
+13 basically has two subsets ‘+’ and ‘13’.
The first one stands for ‘Surplus’ and ‘Addition’. Addition in numbers, turnovers, profits, guidance, support, applying new business dynamics, automation, advancing technology, consistent training of employees, research and development, number of units…an addition to every resource that helps you grow, dear risk-taker. Over the years we now know what matters to the most, dear Entrepreneur.
Number 13 is a number of focus and pragmatism with the primary focus on building a secure foundation for the future.
Although the number 13 expresses creatively to encourage acceptance or understanding of its goals, it pursues the goals in a pragmatic manner. Practicality is important to it. 13 is a realist. Once determined, it pursues the goal with diligence. It tends to determine the way to accomplish something without relying on others to make its decisions. It generally knows what it wants and can gain support for its goals from others. Practical, good planners, vigorously, and systematically implementing their plans; smart, creative, totally certain beliefs, independent, proud, ambitious, and very determined. The persistence of 13 is powerful.
Also, it is a very significant date for all of us at +13 for it is the birthdate of a visionary and intriguing personality, Late Shree Hiten Barot. All of us here owe a lot to him and the number 13 states that he will be always alive in our thoughts.
